We currently have an opening for a full-time Associate Attorney. As an Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research, negotiating contracts, and handling various legal matters. This position could be in-person or hybrid based in the Albuquerque-Santa Fe Metropolitan Area.

Qualifications:

• At least two years of experience in business law, especially corporate law and securities law.

• Strong document drafting skills.

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school with a license to practice in New Mexico.

• Experience with securities regulation, compliance, and corporate M&A is required.

• Experience with trademark law, intellectual property law, and/or contract law is a plus.

• Experience with craft beer and beverages or technology industries is a plus.
